20 minutes from the last autosave

Its the first time that premiere has attempted to save the file, and failed. Usually it just crashes and I have to go back to the autosave, or it tries to save the file and succeeds.  My question is, where is the recovery file? is it possible there is something lurking in a temp folder that I can try to import into a new project?

    Hi Getho,

I see this more and more. Are you in a network environment by any chance, like working with a SAN or NAS?

    Thanks,
    Kevin

    Nope!  All files are local

    I'm not aware of anything.

This can be avoided with a whole new save system, though.  Tell Adobe you really want it.

you mean like saving in the background? OR getting it to autosave 10 mins from the last save rather than 10 mins from the last autosave?
