A very unique Adjustment layer issue that i need help with!
Hey there everyone!
So I am having a unique issue with premiere and Adjustment layer transitions, I'll try my best to explain.
So I am using an Adjustment layer for a transition between footage (It's like a camera reel sliding effect) and for the most part, it works perfectly fine, but my issue is that I am making episodes by cutting up a long piece of footage into multiple episodes, all with their own intro and outros, so out of 1 session I can make 7 - 10 episodes all with their own intro and outro. The adjustment layer transition is only used in the intro, but after I have used that adjustment layer over 5 times in the same session, the transition will start for the first half of the transition but stops for the second half. So the camera reel effect starts but the effect stops the instant the new footage starts. The only way I have found to fix this issue and have the transition play out in its entirety, is to add a transition effect to the start of the new footage (For example, I am using the wipe transition) But I have to completely hide the wipe transition so the wipe transition is not visible. This fixes the issue but the Adjustment layer only goes as far the wipe transition is available, so I have to extend the wipe transition on the footage to fill the duration of the adjustment layer transition.
Can someone please help me or bring some light to what is causing this?
My adjustment layer is getting king crimson'd and I do not like it! Hopefully, this all makes sense?
Thank you!
