i have on my c cloud v 23.6 as latest version is it issue with me or this is the latest version indeed

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:

I have v24.0.0 (build 58) as the shipping version and v 24.1.0 beta ( build 66).

i don't see any updates availabe in my c cloud while my version is 23.6 thats my question
