Can not use any effects in the timeline. Video and audio work and export. I tried to use standard adobe stock templetes and effects and keep getting this code when I try to render.

Hi there,

We're sorry about the poor experience. Please let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you are using and the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM). Also, have you tried switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only and checked if it's rendering properly?
