I can't download the Epidemic Sound plugin; this message appears, even though I have a Cloud Pro subscription.

This is a new problem in the last few days, I've posted more about it here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/exchange-bugs/access-restricted-plugins-are-unavailable-for-your-user-type/idi-p/15637733#M155

 

We're working on a fix.

An update:  The change was rolled back. Let us know in this thread if you continue to experience this problem.

I’m experiencing the exact same issue. I’ve updated everything, but the problem still persists. Plugins that aren’t from the Adobe Exchange install and work fine, but any plugin downloaded from the Exchange fails with a “no permission” error.

If an individual subscription, update the Creative Cloud app and restart your computer.
