"Access to your apps and services" Button gives me a 404 page

I just paid for a 1 month Premier Pro subscription but every time I click Access it redirects me to a 404 page. I am frustrated because I just paid $36 just for me to not be able to install the product. Can someone please help me with a fix or tell me if I'm doing something wrong?
