Add audio track to last audio track with QE?

I'm using QE and ExtendScript to add 1 audio track to the total number of audio tracks, I don't care if it adds the track prior or before the audio tracks, however; my script adds three audio tracks of different types then STOPS adding tracks all together.

I know help on this matter is a bit rare and documentation of QE is limited, so any help would be appreciated.
