I want to add a glow effect to draw attention to a specific section of the screen that a presenter is screen sharing (speficially, the 'Customize Response Clarity' on the left column). How can I achieve this?
Draw a rectangular over the text.
Make it a nice yellow, green or orange color.
Set Blending mode to Multiply.
You can also animate the horizontal scale to make it look like you are drawing the highlight.
