Add Language to Audio Track in Premiere Pro

i am trying to add language name to Audio Track, by default Language shows as English for all Audio tracks,  in case if we want to change as per the Language Used in tracks how to do it, can someone help here.

Eg : Track 1 = English, Track 2 = French, Track 3 = Hindi etc

hey, guys, what I did was export video and every audio file apart, and make the "package" with MKVToolNix, it actually allows you to choose the language for each track, then in my case I use this .mkv file to export and .mp4 file using HandBrake, so that way I can be sure that it is keeping the audio tracks and its metadata, but I guess with media encoder or something you can figure out something with the.mkv file.
