Add one pp project to another?

Add one pp prj to another?

I have five separate pp prj that I would like to join into one prj. How is this done?

I started a film project some months ago and created a new prj for each chapter, like in a book. 
Now I don't know how to put them together in the final video. 
pls help me find the key to this problem
