add/remove track in timeline (using CEP PPRO api)

version mac PPRO 25.5.0 build 13

I'm building some scripts that want to add or remove tracks from the timeline to add or clean up extra files.
However, I can't seem to find any CEP PPRO equivalents for "add/remove tracks," only clip-specific interfaces.
So, is there a function or method to add or remove tracks?
