Add video to YouTube Playlist on export

Is there a way I can configure Adobe Premiere Pro CC so that, upon uploading the video, it automatically adds my video to the appropriate playlist?

    Thank you, I don't think my question is applicable anymore.  The fine folks at Adobe added it as an option in CC 2018.

    Nope, but that would be pretty great. As Kulpreet suggested, make a FR. The more people that do it, the more likely it will one day happen! I've made this one myself in the past.
