Adding a lower thirds

I am trying to add a lower thirds to my project but when I select the titles tab, nothing happens. Anyone know what to do?

Yes, you need to catch up on the latest here: Premiere Pro FAQ list

see here: FAQ: I don't see the Graphics Workspace, how can I use it?

if you delete that file, you will get Graphics instead of Titles and it will work for you.

of course you could always add the essential graphics panel from the window menu and get busy
