Adding a sequence to a timeline as a nested sequence

I am working on a project that has various sections and I want to create a sequence for each section and then add these sequences to a new timeline/sequence. In the past I have (I think, its been a while) dragged the individual sequences to a new timeline and they were added as a nested sequence. Now in PP V12 it adds all the individual elements of the sequence to the new timeline. Even when I nest the entire sequence and then add the nested sequence to a new timeline it adds the individual elements.

I have looked everywhere for a solution, your help would be very much appreciated.
