Adding captions doesn't work on my premier pro sofware

Question

When I try to add captions, when I click on "Transcribe", the creation panel appears indicating that the subtitles are being generated, but then there is no follow-up, The load never ends and the sub-titles do not appear. Can you explain to me where this problem comes from and how to correct it
