Adding multiple keyframes

Hi all,

I would like to add a typewriter effect to a text on multiple lines. I am trying to add a new source text keyframe for each frame to do this. See this video method 1: EASY Typewriter effect WITH BLINKING CURSOR | Premiere Pro 2023 (youtube.com)

When I try and do it, I get the following error:

Can you help me to fix this? I have already resetted the preferences on premiere pro, but did not help.

Left button generates above message. Hitting this button will delete the animation

Right button is for adding and removing keyframes.

Do you have keyframes? If not, go ahead and do it.
