Adding Text Comment - resizing & moving

Hi,

I'm new to using Adobe but have experience with a competitors product. When I add text comment, I can't resize or move it. The icons appear in the borders to do both, but nothing happens when I try to resize the box or move the comment.

What am I doing wrong.

Hi Beth,

That's rather odd. Are you using the Selection tool to do that? Maybe show us a screen movie. Let us know.
