Adjusting motion keyframes is incredibly laggy if an adjustment layer is applied

I have an adjustment layer with a LUT in Lumetri over all of my video tracks, and when I want to make an adjustment to keyframes in the motion category, such as position, anchor point, scale, rotation, etc, it is extremely laggy if the adjustment layer is turned on. If I turn the layer off, it works fine, but it is almost unusable with the adjustment layer turned on.
