Adjusting "stuck" In and Out points?
Hi,
I just started editing my first project in Premiere (creating a music video from clips from the movie Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind), and initially everything was going hunky dory. My work flow consisted of identifying and making "rough cuts" in the Source panel by setting In and Out points, then dragging each clip over to a "Rough Cut" track on the Time Line for further editing...
This method worked fine for the first five or so cuts, but then, for whatever reason, I wasn't able to set any new In and Out points. Now, all I can do is move the mysteriously fused In and Out points together (as in, slide them along the Source window), but I can't adjust the time length between them. It's like their stuck with approximately 4 seconds of film time between them and won't budge no matter what I do.
I'm sure there's a simple and easy solution to this predicament.
Thanks in advance!
Matt
