Adjustment Layers in update cc 2017
Trying to find the adjustment layer in cc 2017 but when going through File>New>Adjustment Layer, the adjustment layer option is greyed out and there is no toolbar option in Project/Effects box in the bottom corner. Needing to add an adjustment layer over the video but don't know where the tools are on the update cc 2017 as it differs from cs6
