Adjustment layers not working upon export to Vimeo 1080p.

I have a file with simple transition adjustment layers purchased from Vamify but they are not working upon exporting with the Vimeo 1080p setting, nor other export settings. They used to work but no longer do after the newest Permiere version 14.0.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Thanks for reaching out. I agree with @R_Neil_Haugen. You would need to check with the transition manufacturer if the transition is supported by the latest version Premiere Pro.
