ADJUSTMENTS NOT WORKING

VIDEO OF BUG | In the video attached, you can see I make an adjustment to my Lumetri color tab, I play the video, pause it the adjustment is gone. This is also happening when I'm making keyframe adjustments for positions or any other effect. Does anybody know what the cause of this is and how to fix it?
