As title suggests, my 2019 products are all stuck on splash screens and do not open.

This can happen when certain plugins, drivers and application features are corrupt or fail to load. If you look at what feature the splash screen is stuck on--that can give you a clue (sometimes). I personally had a few issues with the 2019 update and had to delete some files to bypass error. Here are some possible things to try without knowing more about your specific OS, etc:

VIDEO CARD DRIVER: Make sure this is updated. This can cause issues--primarily with rendering but has been known to cause loading issues.

3RD PARTY PLUGINS: Completely UNINSTALL ALL 3RD PARTY plugins if you have any. Now test loading your applications to see if you have the same freezing issue. Sometimes, in the update process, the new version will unnaturally try to adopt the original installation of the plugin. It is always better to fresh install plugins with a new Adobe upgrade.

DELETE or RENAME MEDIACORE: Sometimes your plugins in the Adobe Commons folder can cause load issues. Try navigating to /Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore/ and RENAME (example: MediaCore_Old) or DELETE the MediaCore folder. This will force programs to regenerate.

REINSTALL ADOBE APPLICATIONS: As a final straw, I would do a complete UNINSTALL Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems and then RE-INSTALL. This can fix many problems like the ones you have mentioned.

Uninstall and then reinstall 3rd party plug ins after every update? Are you serious with this? THIS is what I pay $50/month for??? Adobe is screwing up bad. I HATE THIS SUBSCRIPTION junk and that I have to fix ten things after you guys do an update. This is NOT what I pay $50/month for. Tell me where the advantage of this is? You cause more work for us with every update. Pathetic!
