Adobe Application Manager

When I try and launch En CS6 the Adobe Application Manager program PDapp.exe interprets it instead as a request to launch Pr CS6 and launches a panel requesting the 24-digit serial number for a Pr CS6 license, preventing the launch of En CS6.    Ps CS6 launches without a problem.

PDapp.exe is preventing me from using a program for which I have a valid perpetual license.  How do I get this fixed?

You need to fill in your serial number.

Encore wont work without Premiere being activated.

Do you mean PS (Photoshop)? Launch PR (Premiere Pro) once and see if Encore will then launch.

What version of the software do you have? E.g. PR/EN standalone or Production Premium bundle or what?

Has it ever run for you? It so, have you reinstalled since then.

Working for me on Win 10.

You'd do best to contact Adobe. We're mostly just other users like yourself.

There's even a chat button on the below also.
