Adobe Classic Suddenly Unable to create PDF Export

I'm still using Adobe Classic and only 3 days ago I was able to export in PDF with the option. However recently-I can't export in PDF or any other format. And even if I save as an all files document, open it in PDF and save as a new PDF-the file for some reason doesn't allow people to download it as a pdf.

-Is this something connected with the new Adobe Story that I heard can't export PDFs?
-Is this a glitch?
-Was it Purposefully put in to incentivise getting the new version?
-Was the option removed to fix it?

Anyone have any suggestions or answers?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. It could be an issue with browser. Have you tried using a different browser?

    Adobe Story Classic version can export PDF. It is not a glitch. It is not done purposefully. Please try using a different browser & let us know.

    Adobe Story Classic version can export PDF. It is not a glitch. It is not done purposefully. Please try using a different browser & let us know.

    I'll use a different browser: but it was exporting in my current Browser (Microsoft Edge)

    So yes, Google Chrome can export in PDF, why can't Microsoft Edge? Can it be updated for the New and Classic?
