Adobe closes when opening app

Hello, i am experiencing a problem with Premiere Pro, that problem is that whenever I open the app it shows an image and then always closes no matter what. All I've tried was force closing it from the task manager

Performance
Hardware or GPU
Freeze or hang
Error or problem
Crash
Effects and Titles
