Adobe Creative suite for High Sierra

I have a 2012 Cheesegrate Mac Pro running High Sierra OS.

A couple weeks there was a sudden power outage and my Mac's hard drive got currupted.

I was able to re-install Yosemite and then upgrade back up to High Sierra.

But no none of my Creative suite application can be re-installed. I've relied on these apps for my work for years. I'm facing the fact that I probably need to buy something like a Imac that can run Monterey. But now perfectly good and still relatively fast Mac is more or less a web browser. Does anybody know a link or anyway to re-install at least Premiere, Photoshop and Media Encoder CC that functions in the High Sierra OS. I had to cancel my adobe subscription as at least for now I can't run any of the supported versions of the CC applications. Thats sucks. Any help would be appreciated.
