ADOBE DOES NOT SUBTITLE VIDEOS!

Hi, is your premiere slow to subtitle videos too? I've never had a problem but now it simply doesn't subtitle! It stays for hours and hours and doesn't exceed 25%. This didn't happen before! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

    Hi @Autocrescimento_Marti9126 - if transcription is getting stuck at the 25% mark that means that Premiere rendered the audio of your timeline and is now trying to transcribe via our Sensei Engine but is getting stuck on that. 

    Can you go to the creative cloud desktop app and check if the language pack for the language you are transcribing in has been successfully downloaded? If not, can you quit Premiere and download it manually? If you're e.g. offline, behind a firewall or have uninstalled the creative cloud desktop app, this might be what's causing issues for you.

    Hi @Autocrescimento_Marti9126 ! Let's try to find out what is going on. Can you exactly tell me where in the process Premiere is getting stuck? Either give me some steps to reproduce or attach a quick screen recording. Thanks!
