Adobe Illustrator footage in MOGRT will only displayed as box in Premiere 23.6.2 on PC

Question

A MOGRT with illustrator footage (ai) shows the illustrator content only as boxes in Premiere 23.6.2. on PC.
On Mac with Premiere 23.6.2. everything works fine with the illustrator footage.
Workaround is to convert the illustrator footage in to shape layers in After Effects to run it on a PC on Premiere 23.6.2

Is there a way for you to share the MOGRT or let me know where you acquired it from so I can test the files in v25.1 ? I know it is not always ideal to update but the latest Version of Premiere Pro may not be having the same issue so if you wanted me to test it in 25.1 I could see how the MOGRT is working.
