Question

Adobe, iMac Pro, Atto compatibility?

iMac Pro (2017)

High Sierra 10.13.3

2.3 GHz Intel Xeon W 18 Cores

128 GB 2666 MHz DDR4

Radeon Pro Vega 64 16 GB

ATTO

NS 3102

Adobe Premiere 2017.1.2(Also affects 12.0.1)

Wondering if there are any known compatibility issues between Adobe Premiere / Media Encoder, ATTO Tech Thunderbolt 3 Ethernet Adaptor, and iMac Pro running High Sierra.

Every time I export with content to or from the fiber network, Premiere / Media Encoder crash ~2-3 minutes in, and the mounted network drives disconnect themselves. Working with local media is fine. Using the network drives and copying files to and from the OS is fine. The three of these things together create a hard crash everytime.

Any help?

Nothing that I know of EvanP. Please file a bug here: Premiere Pro: Hot (843 ideas) – Adobe video & audio apps

Thanks,
