Adobe invalidating my key 4 years later, refusing to contact me as promised...
Last week for the first time in two years I needed to use the Adobe key that I purchased from a reseller named Josh Rice on ebay. I purchased this key four years prior and had no problems with it being declared invalid for two years. Yet when I attempted to use it on 5/3/19, it told me my key was invalid and sent me to call the number 866-493-4991. I spoke to a gentlemen whose not at fault here but has been trained to tell people in essence we think its stolen, we don't care that we were accepting it for years, we are rejecting your access and good bye. I asked to speak with his supervisor because what that individual did not know was in 4/15/2015 I actually did speak directly to adobe about the key to make sure it was legit. They had no problems with it at that time. I spoke then to a F**z A*****i. Spoke is a very loose term here as at this point I was livid that Adobe is in my opinion trying to steal my money. At the time Mr. A****i assured me that he could escalate my case to another gentlemen "4 levels above him" that could provide me another key for the software adobe is trying to take from me now. He also told me that it would take 24 to 48 hours in order to get word from this person above him. I asked him if he would personally call me when he was done. He agreed that he would and I waited until Friday 5/3/19 was done. On Saturday having not received a call I talked online to "S*****y" who forwarded me to another individual. I suspect "S****y" is an expert system ( a computer posing as a human). The second person notified me that my case was with the keys team and he could not help me. I asked that person to keep my case open and that I would call today 5/6/19. Again I called and this time I talked to a very friendly individual named S**g. S**g notified me that F**z A****ri wasn't there and he would be returning to work "soon." I am still waiting for that call, I don't think he will call me and I don't think he ever had the intention of calling me.
At every step of the way this company has been less than honest with me. In trying to blame me for not having the program installed, in blaming me because I using it infrequently, in telling me that I bought it from the wrong place, in advising me "wrongly" that my key was valid, in not contacting me when they made the determination in order to give me some kind of due process in a timely manner, and never once have they being forthright with me and presenting their proof of how my key is invalid. Again they had no problem with the key when it was purchased. This company is in my opinion trying to deprive me of the product I paid for. I have been damaged by you, right now the project that I made clear to Mr. F**z A****i that I needed to complete by Sunday is late. He assured me that I was going to hear from him. I still am waiting, almost a week later for that phone call. I want access to my property that I purchased and Adobe accepted without reservation four years ago. I am asking adobe to review my case and get a hold of me quickly. If they don't like my key then I ask that they make good on what Mr. F**z A****i promised me , that being a replacement key.
I edited this to make it less angry and to take out the names.
