pc specs: ryzen 5 5600g. rtx 3060ti. ram 32 ddr4 3200 mhz. (hhd 1tb+ssd 500gb+m.2 1tb)

so im dealing with large files(above 200GB) and all my clips are in my M.2

but every time I try to trim cut or import something in the timeline the application is freezing from 5 to 10 seconds and that is making my proccess being slow.. i try to move all my clip to another hard and the problem is still here+tried to move some of clips as well to share the large files and same thing is happening
so i think the problem is from the disk but how I will be sure and fix it???

Firstifull, as a lawyer, you have no right to close my conversation by accusing me of being the same person in another conversation.
Secondly, yes, I started the same conversation from a second account because I did not notice that the account had changed from browser, and I thought the conversation had been deleted because I told you that I fixed the problem)misbelief(, and that is why I created another conversation.
Thirdly, thank you for trying to help me. You can watch this video that explains the problem:

btw: i upgraded the gpu driver to latest version and I was not facing the problem before 1 week so its not from the large files.

I think either your computer or Premiere is chocking on the extreme large files.

Try to use proxies or convert to a smaller size and when project is finished link to original files.
