Adobe made my videos go all portraity. Help please!

Hi gang,

I filmed in landscape but now my videos are appearing in Premiere Pro as portrait. Any ideas on how to make them landscape again and restore them to their former glory? I googled but could only find conversions to landscape if you'd filmed in portrait.
