Adobe media encoder no hardware acceleration

Hi everyone,

any video i try to export from adobe premiere hardware acceleration works if i export directly 
but if i queue it on adobe media encoder the export is done only with software encoding.

Ideas?

Inside Media Encoder, if you click on Renderer, you only have Software only?

What are your export settings (for both PP and ME)? What kind of footage are you editing?

Sequence settings? System specs? (these info help us to help you)
