Adobe Premeire pro and other apps not installing from Creative Cloud

Hi,

So I recently purchased Adobe creative cloud and paid my subscription. Initially I just wanted Premeire Pro but then thought about just accessing all of Adobe's creative apps for my projects. However on installing, photoshop went through but since I have been failing to get Premeir pro to install even other apps too. Its not even responding when I click on the install button. I tried everything from upgrading my subscription thinking it could be lack of space still nothing changed. Wondering if there is someone who could have encountered the same problem who could give me some tips on how they solved the issue.
