Error in dll files: The entry point to the SetThreadDescription procedure was not found in the DLL C: Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 - dvacore.dll : and three such files come out with different names and the type is dll. The Visual C++ library is installed. Windows 10 is installed

Hi! I've recently downloaded free trial Premier Pro. I have the same issue that described there,but none of methods helped me. What can be a problem in this case?
