Adobe premier doesn´t work ( Bad attention)

I have a month with an open case and the engineer does not even answer the emails. Contact by the chat and they tell me that they are going to look at it but I keep answering.
It is the service that adobe gives its customers is the worse.

    Adobe premier fail all the time, doesn´t work, no is possible to work with the aplication, I need restart all the time.

    Adobe closes my case directly after a month without response, worse is impossible
