Adobe Premier Pro: Removing text from picture

Hi All,

I am having difficulty removing some text from a video I have. I need to remove a name and position from a picture in the background of the video......the only problem is when I try a mask, there is a person who walks by the picture so the mask becomes apparent then.

Any suggestions on what to do Id appreciate, if anything is possible.
