Adobe Premier Pro V 14.8.0 Build 39 - A Serious Error has occurred that require AdobePP to shut down

I am a new user of Premiere Pro on a Mac Pro 16" 2019 running Os Catalina 10.15.7

Every time I have used Premiere Pro it crashes within a few minutes with the following error code :

"Sorry, a serious error has occurred that requires Adobe Premiere Pro to shut down. We will attempt to save your current project."

It saves a new copy, which again will crash, and now how 10s of copies.

I uninstalled and re-installed all software and still the same.

I still have not been able to use this software, which is getting rather frustrating and time-consuming
