Adobe Premiere 2018 4k 60fps

Hello everyone. I have read on several posts on this in the forums, but I can't get a definitive answer. 

I have Adobe premiere 2018 and the 4k 60fps video off my Iphone 10 just gives me the audio. I have read that people have upgraded to 2018 and it works. I have also read that it doesn't work untill Premiere 2020 which I have no problem buying if that is the case. I Just don't want to spend the extra money if I do not have to.
