Adobe Premiere 2023 playing error

Error information: Start playing from the stop on the timeline, the picture and sound are jerky for about 3-5 seconds, then it will return to normal (As the video attached)
Please advise how to fix!

Dell Precision 7560; Windows 11 Pro for workstation; Graphicard: RTX A3000; NVMe PCI storage; Adobe Premier 2023.
