Adobe Premiere 25.1 damaged

Adobe Premiere Pro is not opening. We tried updating, uninstalling and installing. Restarting the system etc. 
The error is still the same. Help me with it. It is Adobe Premiere pro 25.1 version.

    Did you use the Cleaner Tool?
