Adobe Premiere CC - Starting Troubles

Good evening, i would like to try Adobe Premiere CC but when i'm starting the program the interface stop on this screen and it's impossible to go further. So, it's impossible to work and the issue to quit this screen is to use "the end of task" ... (CTL-Alt Del). Can you help me ? Thx

    Sorry for the trouble. Change the workspace and see if it works: Menu Bar > Window > Workspace > Choose a different workspace.

    If the menu bar is not accessible or if the issue persists, reset the preferences: FAQ: How to reset (trash) preferences in Premiere Pro?
