- Issue - When I load up Adobe Premiere, I get a notification that I'm unable to load third-party audio plug-ins. Then, I'm opened up to the main page of Adobe Premiere. When I try to open ANY file or start a new project, the program immediately stops responding and I have to force quit it. I have gone through my files and clicked permissions on in Application Support files, uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and tried to reset the preferences cache.

Hard Drive Macintosh HD (69 GB free of storage)
- Video format: I have been using regular mp4 files for importing and editing.
- Workflow details: It's any project or file.
- Steps to reproduce - (Very important!) 1. Open up Adobe Premiere 2. Attempt to click new project or open an existing project 3. Immediate crash/freeze
