Adobe Premiere CS5 Running really slow and Fade to black Issues.

So recently I have been having issues with performance with Adobe Premiere. For one when I try to preview any of the video it doesn't play properly when I use to be able to do this. Also exporting is taking incredibly long. The estimated time just keeps going up. Right now its 5 hours to render a 18 minute video at 1920x1080 30fps. I have rendered video before around this length that took around 3 hours and that wasn't too long ago. I also tried emptying my media cache and I think I noticed a slight improvement.

I was also going to post about an issue I had with my last exports with the fade to black. I believe in the preview inside premiere the fade to black would be functional but when exported it would stutter. Here are two videos where the issue where present.

I am using a Windows 10 64 bit 8 gb ram AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six Core Processor NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960.

Try unchecking "Composite in linear color" in the sequence settings.

I don't see that option in sequence settings?

I'm not at my editing computer now to see exactly where it is, but it is in the sequence settings.

Might want to set the time were the issue shows.
