Adobe Premiere & Encoder Crashes when I use browse option

Suddenly, I am getting a weird issue on my Windows Server 2022. Whenever I use browse option the premiere suddenly crashes. It is happening even when I try to open project or anything that is related to (browse file). However, I can access all the system drives and folders from withing the software.
