Adobe Premiere export issues

Can anyone help me with an issue im having with Adobe Premiere exports?
The last few days my videos have been exporting strangely with an over-exposed colour and without captions embedded into the video. It exports completely different to the previews in my Adobe sequence.

After strenuously adjusting and experimenting with the export options in Premiere and Media Encoder - I finally get the video looking the same as I had it in my sequence edit.

Then after uploading to both google drive and we transfer and trying to save to my iPhone camera roll it won’t save to my camera roll. I use Adobe premier every day to post to instagram and I’ve never had this problem.

I am assuming it is an Adobe export problem.

Any help wuld be much appreciated.
