ADOBE PREMIERE FREEZE

Hello everyone, I have a big problem with Adobe Premiere.
The software freezes after a few minutes of use and I have to force it to stop manually.
I can't export my projects either (when I manage to finish them without the software freezing).
I have tried to download an older version but the same thing happens.
I am running Windows 10, with an i7-1185G7 @3GHz processor, 32GB Ram, Intel Iris X video card

Have you tried resetting preferences and/or reseting your workspace?
Reset your preferences by holding shift+alt (or option) when you launch Premiere

What are the hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

it works but not for a long time !

I also have the impression that it depends on the video files I use for my editing (format, duration etc...)

I agree! I've seen that the screen recorded and phone recorded footage creates such issue because they are variable frame rate. What kind of footage you're working with?

Hello Xavier,

I wonder if clearing your preferences and trashing your media cache would help. There may be something left over in those files that isn't supposed to be there.

Media Cache: FAQ: How to clean (delete or trash) media cache files?
