Adobe Premiere is not opening

Question

Adobe Premiere is not opening. I already restarted my laptop (MacBook Pro) and is still not working. The Creative Cloud shows an update pending but when I press on Update, nothing happens. Please let me know what should I do for the program to work and/or for the Adobe Creative Cloud to update the app.
