Adobe Premiere/Lightroom Freezing and Crashing on MacOS Monterey

Hey guys! Just got a brand new 2020 iMac yesterday (which has been updated to macOS Monterey) and everytime I use lightroom or premiere, my project will freeze and restart my entire computer. Typically it will happen anywhere between 10-20 minutes of activiety. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

reset the preferences for Premiere Pro.

Delete render files from sequence and clean media cache

    Hi Carlos! I spoke with customer service and they walked me through these steps. We changed a few preferences in audio, device control, and memory. We also cleared all cache files as well. 

     

    Even so, nothing we did fixed the initial problem. Premiere still freezes and restarts my computer each time I use it. In that same breath, it isn't just premiere that continues to have these problems - when I use any app in the creative cloud (lightroom, photoshop, etc) they encounter the same issue.

    I have the same issue on almost all apps on my iMac. Everything freezes after some minute from a mouse click to copy files. Please does anyone knowany solution?
